- Unitized seal to reduce the likelihood of leaks
- Older design pump cores will be accepted at no charge when upgrading to the unitized seal pump
- The Gitts pump is upgraded to newer standards
- Water pumps are supplied with appropriate mounting gaskets and seals (except Series 149)
Cylinder Heads
- Magnetic particle inspected for fine cracks
- 100% vacuum tested for leaks
- Valve seats machined to original equipment specifications
Starters & Alternators

Crankshafts
- Subjected to validation through a series of rigorous measurements on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
